The project is located in Beitroumine Al-Koura, North Lebanon. It is basically a design of a 12-storey building. It consists of shear walls, solid and ribbed slabs, frames, and a foundation. ETABS 2015 software was used to facilitate the work rather than only sticking to the manual work in which slabs, frames, and shear walls were designed .It was also used to perform seismic design.
