Carole Serhan is an assistant professor at Issam Fares Faculty of Technology, University of Balamand, Lebanon. She has a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Nicosia, Cyprus She has published numerous articles in journals and conference proceedings. Many of her articles have been awarded, selected as Editor’s Choice and been widely cited. The focus of her publications is on employment motivation and job satisfaction. More particularly, her research interests include advanced social statistics related to fresh graduates’ job satisfaction and employment retention in rural areas. She is also a Reviewer and an Editorial Board member of several academic journals.
