Biography
My research path started when I first enrolled in BS in Biology in 2006 During these 3 years, I participated in a high number of workshops and seminars implying animal, vegetal and molecular topics Following my BS degree, I did my Masters degree in Biochemistry and Cellular and Molecular Biology in 2009 My thesis entitled " Rôle des Apolipoprotéines L (APOL) dans les Natural killer (NK) et les cellules dendritiques (DC)" involved a lot of molecular and biotechnology techniques such as cell culture and PBMC isolation from mice, DNA, RNA and protein extraction, cloning, PCR, Gel electrophoresis, Radioactivity, bioinformatics I am currently pursuing my PhD studies, my project entitled "Effect of metformin on ROS production by M2 macrophages and colon cancer cells HCT116"
