With over 25 years in academic, consulting and healthcare sectors, Rana Barazi has experience in higher education teaching, management consultation, research, executive management, strategic development and implementation She has multidimensional expertise in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Health and Health Services Administration, in addition to Organizational Change, Socio-Economic Approach to Management and Management Control Rana holds a DBA from University of Jean Moulin Lyon III and a current PMP® certification as well as being a Certified Optometrist from the Ministry of Public Health Rana is a lecturer at the University of Balamand, teaching and coordinating courses in Business, Health Economics and Project Management for Public Health students She has several publications and has won the Information Age Publishing Outstanding Doctoral Student Paper Award at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting 2020 She is a frequent speaker at international conferences and an active member of the Academy of Management and the Project Management Institute
