Biography
Issam Dagher finished his BS in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University, Miami, Florida in 1992, his MS in electrical engineering degree in 1994 from Florida International University, Miami, USA, and his Ph.D. in 1997 from the University of Central Florida, Orlando USA. He is now an associate professor at the University of Balamand, Lebanon. He has extensive research work in pattern recognition, neural networks, artificial intelligence, and computer vision. He published many papers on these topics. He has a long teaching experience in undergraduate and graduate electrical and computer engineering courses.
